Florida Crew is a club sport; however we still compete at the level of a varsity program and train appropriately.

Membership is open to all individuals that meet the university's eligibility requirements for participation. A majority of our rowers had no experience with crew prior to rowing at Florida. To row, all you need is a competitive spirit, some athletic ability and the will to succeed.

Recruitment information sessions are held within the first two weeks of both the fall and spring semesters. We also hold visits for current high school rowers.
